Shipping Policy

  • We deliver products around the global world. Our Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide a full street address with pin code/zip code.
  • Our courier partners are DHL / FEDEX / BLUEDART / DELHIVERY.
  • No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays in most cities as they follow a 5-day work culture.
  • Please note that there is no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.
  • The Recipient accepting delivery should not accept deliveries where the box or packaging has been tampered with or if the box is empty.
  • ZARI ships all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver; you do not suffer any loss.
  • In-transit risk is all ours. But Zari will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.
  • You may check the status of delivery on our order status page or by logging in to the My Account section on our site. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
  • In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
  • Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to deliver. If opted for Standard Stitching, additional 3 working days are applicable on delivery time. In the case of international orders, we deliver the product within 7-10 working days.
  • Our shipping cost differs from product to product as per the weight and this is applicable for only international orders. (In pan india our shipping charges is same for every product)
  • Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.
  • Delivery guarantee is subject to terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistency in name or address will result in non-delivery of the product.
  • The VAT/ Import Duties/ Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of Delivery to our courier partner. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price you pay on the e-shop.
