4. Who Pay for Shipping?

- Do not Worry, If an item is to be replaced due to damage upon receipt, Zari will reimburse the complete shipping costs for dispatch and return.

5. When will I get my refund?

 - We will gladly Exchange or give Store Credit. Sorry no Refunds.

6. How can I claim my return?

- You can also escalate a return request by emailing us on info@zarijaipur.com  with the reason to return within 24-48 hours from the time the product is delivered. Our Service Manager will revert back to you within 24 hours’ time. You can also return/exchange at our nearest store.

7. Product issue, can I return in store and get it exchange?

- Yes, you can return in store and get it exchange. One shall intimate first on info@zarijaipur.com  with the order number the reason to return within 24-48 hours from the time the product is delivered.

- Yes, product purchased online can be picked up at any nearest Zari store. One should intimate us the exact date when they need to pick up so accordingly, we can arrange in store.
